Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: West London, Hayes and Harlington

Salary: £100,000 per annum + Package

Responsibilities of the Electrical Project Manager:

* The Electrical Project Manager will make decisions on project progress and direct liaison/providing advice to client.

* The Electrical Project Manager will manage £10m electrical package.

* Work with major electrical systems, including UPS systems, backup generators, switchgear, big cables, bus bar.

* Lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Construction Managers, whilst coordinating with contractors.

* Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and comply with regulations.

* The Electrical Project Manager will take control, deal with design changes and help with commercial decisions.

* The Electrical Project Manager will outline the costs, resources and timescales needed to deliver a project.

Skills and background of the Electrical Project Manager:

* Controlling and delivering a project with electrical package value of over £10m.

* The Electrical Project Manager will have experience in infrastructure delivery rather than fit out.

* Experience delivering major electrical packages.

* The Electrical Project Manager has track record leading projects

* Data Centre experience is not essential for this role.

* Understanding of programs, value engineering and variations.
