Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your role will involve understanding user needs, crafting user flows, designing wireframes, and producing high-fidelity prototypes.

• User Research:

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Visual Design:

  • Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing look.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs.

• Usability Testing:

  • Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to gather user feedback.
  • Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

• Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user flows.
  • Document design decisions and ensure they are communicated effectively to the development team.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Experience:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
