Our client provides exceptional nursing care to a small number of residents with diverse needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health requirements. We are excited to invite a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. To excel in this role, you will need:

• RGN qualification and registration with the UK NMC, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
• Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse in an adult care setting, preferably within a nursing home environment.
• Strong clinical skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced nursing home environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and cultural competence when engaging with residents and their families.
• A deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice and patient care in a nursing home setting.

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at our nursing home, you will be responsible for a range of vital duties, including:

• Providing expert nursing care to adult patients within the nurturing environment of a nursing home, encompassing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of personalized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals with precision and care.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care that is tailored to the unique needs of our residents.
• Monitoring residents' conditions closely and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate members of the healthcare team.
• Educating residents and their families about their health conditions, while promoting self-care and wellness initiatives.
