Commercial Manager (Maintenance)

Ealing, Greater London

£70,000 - £90,000 (+ Discretionary Bonus)

Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00

Permanent, full-time

Our client is a £50m turnover business that's currently seeking a Commercial Manager. They operate within the maintenance sector of the construction industry, completing works for their clients that range across; planned / reactive, small works and PPMs.

This is also an excellent opportunity for a Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor who's seeking to progress into leading a commercial team, as you will also be supported by the Commercial Director.

The successful candidate will have vast experience working within the maintenance sector in a senior commercial role, with an ambition to push the company and themselves further.

Requirements:

* Degree / HNC in Quantity Surveying OR 5+ years experience within Senior QS / Commercial Manager role (essential)

* Experienced working within the maintenance / social housing / property services sector (essential)

* Use of systems such as; 4PS or Job Logic (desirable)

* Full UK driving license
