Our client, Telford & Wrekin Council, is seeking a social worker for the hospital social work team.

Based at Princess Royal Hospital hospital team base/client visits/home.

The pay rate is £34 umbrella.

Details of the role involve:

• Qualified social worker who has experience in enablement services who can complete Enablement reviews and care act assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests.
• Experience of asset-based approach, completing CHC checklists, person centred approach and used to fast-paced work.
• Must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• Must have significant experience in adult social care
• Must have experience of hospital social work including duties listed above.
