Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and personal development
Monitor and assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students

Required Qualifications:

Valid DBS check
Recognised teaching qualification

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Prior experience working with students with SEN
Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Working Conditions:

Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
Work primarily in a classroom setting or one-on-one with students
Possibility of occasional travel to attend meetings or training sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
