Our client is a highly reputable Sales & Distribution operation, recognised for their first-class service to customers throughout UK & Europe. Following another successful year, they are looking for a meticulous Sales Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team.

The Role:
Handling incoming enquires from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
Processing sales orders
Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
Handling sample requests
Ensuring accurate customers records on the company database
Skills / experience required:
Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent sales & customer support skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient user of MS Packages including Word & Excel
The Package:
Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
£25,000 - £27,000
