Management Accountant - £40,000 to £47,000 + Excellent benefits, Preston (Hybrid)

Our client is a large not for profit organisation, and we are seeking an experienced management accountant to join a highly regarded and service driven finance team.

Working as part of the Management Accounts Team you will work in tandem with the Finance Business Partner’s to supply a standardised reporting and analysis to both financial and non-financial managers.

The Role :

• Oversee the production of management accounts
• Supervise the production of annual and profiled budgets for all cost centres based on assumptions agreed by the Business Partners with budget holders
• Oversee the production of year forecasts based on methodologies agreed with business partners
• Manage the workload of the management accounting team including ad-hoc requests for information and reports
• Ensure all processes and procedures are documented
• Provide support to the FP&A to assist with the continued development of quality management information (the roll out of Power BI)

The Person :

• You will be an active studier committed to becoming a fully qualified accountant
• Experience of Power BI would be an advantage
• Exceptional IT skills are required
• The ability to work as part of a committed team
