Our client is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Capital team by handling the daily administrative and HC duties of the organisation. This individual will work closely with each member of the Human Capital team and collaborate with many Line
Managers and Head of Teams of our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team.

  • Schedule interviews and assist with all recruitment-related tasks.

  • Assist with change management and HC-related processes.

  • Assist with HC projects as and when they arise.

  • Conduct onboarding for new hires, coordinate with various teams and ensuring they have necessary info and equipment.

  • Assist People Partner EE administration.

  • Take and draft meeting minutes as and when needed.

  • Organize internal and external training sessions.

  • Assist with audits of HC documents and data.

  • Accurately prepare monthly HC reports, including headcount info and monthly organograms.

  • Maintain the Corporate Calendar in coordination with various Teams.

  • Process HC-related invoices.

  • Assist with Wellness Events and prepare employee birthday/welcome boxes and any other ad-hoc HC initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Matric.

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Social Science or Industrial Psychology would be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in a relevant Human Resources position.

  • English (Read, write & speak).

  • Any other South African languages would be an advantage.
