As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:

Ensure the well-being of residents physical, emotional, and social needs.
Lead and motivate your team, providing clinical guidance and training.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.

The Nursing Home Manager will receive:

Annual salary of £70,000 - £75,000

Paid NMC Pin Renewal FeesThe ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

Experience as a care home manager with a current NMC PIN
A Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one
Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
Experience building on occupancy of care home
Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
Experience in conducting risk assessments
