An experienced Registered Manager is needed to lead a dedicated team at a well-regarded residential service, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for young people. The residential home is a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment recently rated as a "good" service by Ofsted. Here, compassionate and skilled staff work with vulnerable young people of diverse backgrounds and needs. This therapeutic setting offers care and structured support for those who require positive, healing experiences to achieve their full potential in a residential context.
Role: The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and uphold quality standards in a therapeutic setting for vulnerable children. The role focuses on ensuring young people achieve their best personal, educational, and social outcomes.
Requirements: -
Level 3 NVQ in Children and Young People (or equivalent)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)

Strong background in residential care management

Compassionate leadership with excellent communication skills
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Contractual Hours: 39 Hours
Location: Northwest, Manchester Area
