With Year end nearing the Group Finance Team are looking for a technically strong Group Reporting Manager with proven Group consolidations across multi-currencies.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA)
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS
  • Group consolidation experience across multi currencies
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and compliance regulations
  • A deep understanding of reconciliation processes within a regulated environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders

A little more information about the responsibilities in the role:

  • Ensuring technical competence is maintained and up to date
  • Support the monthly consolidation process ensuring accurate, efficient and timely reporting of group results
  • Support the periodic (monthly, quarterly and annual) external financial reporting processes to produce the annual statutory accounts and reporting to private equity owners, minority investors, and lenders.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of key balances and preparation of supporting schedules for group reporting.
  • Review of consolidated Group income statement, balance sheet and cashflow.
  • Responsible for tracking the status of subsidiary financial statements and returns across the Group.
  • Support the external and internal audit processes, ensuring a smooth and effective process and implementation of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Provide support on accounting policy and other technical accounting matters.
  • Lead or support ad hoc Group Finance related projects as required.
