RPA Developer

Location: Remote
Salary: Outside IR35 - c. £400-£450 p/d
Job Type: Contract (3-month initial contract)

We are looking for an RPA Developer with at least three years of experience in RPA development and implementation. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy automation solutions that enhance business operations. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to map processes, develop automation strategies, and ensure seamless integration of automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

* Development and Implementation - Design and build automation solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technologies.

* Process Mapping and Automation Design - Analyse business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and develop scalable solutions.

* Integration and Deployment - Ensure smooth integration of automation tools with existing systems and business applications.

* Collaboration - Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation strategies with business needs.

* Methodologies and Best Practices - Apply AGILE, Waterfall, or other software delivery methodologies to automation projects.

* Support and Optimisation - Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvements for automation solutions.

Skills and Experience

* A minimum of three years' experience in RPA development and implementation.

* Proficiency in UiPath, Blue Prism, or other leading RPA tools.

* Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow automation, and integration.

* Knowledge of software delivery methodologies (AGILE, Waterfall, etc.).

* Solid end-user computing skills; experience with coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
