Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor -

Location: Ideally based near Solihull
Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Facades team. You'll take ownership of commercial aspects on a range of exciting projects, playing a key role in cost management, subcontractor procurement, and ensuring the financial success of works from tender through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage contract budgets from tender stage.

*

Monitor budgets and provide monthly cost/value reconciliations.

*

Prepare interim applications for payment and final accounts.

*

Procure and manage subcontractor packages.

*

Record variations, manage claims and ensure recovery of verbal instructions.

*

Maintain site records, progress reports and prolongation claims.

*

Collaborate with project teams to support overall delivery.

What We're Looking For

*

Strong commercial knowledge and leadership skills.

*

Experience in residential and commercial sectors.

*

Good contract knowledge (JCT, industry standard contracts).

*

Familiarity with BMS/commercial systems and procedures.

*
