* Guide students through GCSE and A-Level Art coursework, ensuring high standards of achievement.

* Organise exhibitions and displays to showcase students' work within the school and the wider community.

* Use state-of-the-art facilities, including dedicated art studios and digital design resources, to enhance learning experiences.

* Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing tailored feedback to maximise artistic development.

* Engage in extracurricular activities such as art clubs, workshops, and partnerships with galleries and creative institutions.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

* Be a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a strong background in Art and Design.

* Have experience teaching Art to A-Level, with a proven track record of student success.

* Be passionate about fostering creativity and artistic expression in students.

* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.

* Work collaboratively within the Art department to maintain high teaching standards.
