Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a workshop environment.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  • Experience working towards efficiency targets.
  • Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential.
  • VOSA-approved MOT tester certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
