We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join an IT/Technology business in Brighton. This role offers career progression and excellent benefits, working as part of a great team of IT and Technical professionals.

You'll need a background in Account Management of B2B Clients within a technology business such as SaaS, IT Managed Service Provider or similar technology business.

The Account Manager job duties include:

* Primary contact for B2B clients

* Managing technical product and services enquiries from clients that are existing or going through the onboarding process

* Managing the email inbox and taking ownership of client requests

* Working with internal teams such as Business Development, Relationship Management and IT Support

* Identifying new leads / business opportunities and passing to relevant team members

Skills & experience required:

* B2B Account Management experience is essential

* Experience in a technical environment such as an MSP or similar is essential

* Full UK Driving Licence is essential (pool cars available for meetings)

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Salary, Hours & Company benefits:

* £30,000 to £40,000 based on experience

* Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, fully office based
