Support Worker Opportunity in Slough - £14.42-£15.45 per hour
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to assist a friendly, sociable man in Slough who loves attending clubs and being active in the community. You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, and offering companionship.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily routines and personal tasks
- Assisting with community outings and appointments
- Encouraging independence and skill-building
- Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
- Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
