Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Location: Norwich

Package: £45,000 - £60,000 + package

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the commercial team on a number of exciting projects in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager
Administration of subcontract works packages
Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
Provide information to the Commercial team

Requirements:

Experience working for a UK main contractor
Ambitions to progress your career
Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines.
Willingness to undertake training and development
Experience working on projects from £5m - £20m
