Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a thriving company within the sports industry based in Leigh? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their growing Sales Administration team.
With a strong presence in the UK and beyond. Their commitment to exceptional customer service and rapid turnaround times sets them apart in the industry. You will be rewarded with a Salary of £23,000 -£24,000 working a (36.5hrs/week) Monday - Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 9:00-16:00.
Sales Administrator Duties
* Dealing with and responding to a high volume of emails from customers and internal departments.
* Managing stock levels, processing and scheduling orders, and handling sample requests for the Sales Executives.
* Liaising with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
* Assisting with general office administration to maintain an efficient workflow.
* Collaborating closely with the wider sales administration team to meet business needs.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar role or Sales Administration/ Administration training will be given.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
* We require knowledge Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A proactive and organised mindset with excellent attention to detail.
