Job Title: Quality Technologist

Location: South Hampshire

Hours: 37.5, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities Include:

* Oversee and maintain product specifications

* Liaising with NPD, conducting product risk assessment

* Product compliance to internal and external standards, keeping up to date with any changes in food safety legislation.

* Artwork and labelling checks including nutritional information and allergen management.

* Handling customer complaints, making suggestions for continuous improvement.

The Candidate:

* Ability to work alone or as part of a team

* Minimum of HACCP Level 2/Food Safety Level 2

* Knowledge of BRC standards is advantageous

* Knowledge of using different customer portals.
