We are seeking dedicated and confident Cover Supervisors to join our team and support schools in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to for a full-time role within one school or someone looking for flexibility.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Support students' learning and encourage positive engagement.
Provide feedback to the regular teacher on lesson outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications: Minimum of English and Mathematics GCSE at Grade C or above.
Experience: Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
Personal Qualities: Reliable, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude towards students and a commitment to their educational development is essential.
