My client is a small and established Bank based in Birmingham City Centre. Due to a pending maternity leave my client is currently recruiting for a Compliance Advisory Manager on a 12 month FTC.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance and supervising a small team your main responsibilities will include;

* Support the Head of Compliance to ensure the business is meeting its regulatory obligations

* Lead the provision of regulatory guidance and advice to enable business areas to meet their FCA regulatory obligations

* Work with business areas to ensure that the bank's products and services are compliant with FCA regulatory requirements, company policies and the Consumer Duty standards

* Conduct horizon scanning, identify relevant regulatory changes

* Respond to FCA consultation and discussion papers on behalf of the bank

* Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures

* Prepare regulatory and governance papers on behalf of the Head of Conduct and Compliance

* Review and approve the bank's financial promotions

You will have several years experience in Compliance Policy/Advisory within the Banking/Mortgage sector. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and scope to work in a hybrid capacity. 2 days office, 3 days remote
