With a strong pipeline and a fast-paced delivery model, they're now looking to appoint a confident and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Commercial Manager to support their growing commercial team.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Assisting with full commercial management across multiple new build care home developments

* Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation

* Leading subcontract procurement and contract negotiations

* Monitoring valuations, variations, and cost reporting to ensure commercial control

* Supporting senior commercial managers with CVRs, forecasting and final accounts

* Liaising with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Assistant role

* Background in new build construction - care, residential or similar sectors

* HNC, Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management

* Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

* Sharp attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive mindset

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
