Our client is an award-winning Main Contractor established for over 7 years working in a range of sectors including residential, leisure, education, retail, and commercial working with both private and public sector.

They primarily operate throughout London and the Home Counties. Priding themselves on delivering a complete managed service to clients, specifically set up to deliver the client brief. They work with a range of private and public sector clients that include local authorities and housing associations.

The Directors of the business previously worked with market leading and highly regarded nationwide main contractors in senior leadership positions before establishing the business. Due to this, they have been able to put in place a robust process to deliver every project, ensuring that every single project is completed to the highest quality.

They have a small dedicated, well-trained team that are 100% committed. These individuals are equipped with industry standard training such as CITB, SMSTS, SSSTD, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.

Design Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Design Coordinator for the business and this individual will oversee the delivery of the project design from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring design quality is achieved and that design directives are followed.

This individual will report into the Lead Design Manager, and they will collaborate with the Directors and will be essential to ensure the programme is kept on track, in terms of timeframe, financial targets and client expectations.

These projects will typically range form £1 - £5 million and this individual will get involved in multiple projects at various stages.

They will be responsible for the delivery of a complete design package within budget that has been coordinated and vetted to ensure accuracy, buildability and compliance with the Employers Requirements, current regulations, and any other scheme specific requirements, Adhere and engage with quality assurance and the ISO management system and other company procedures
