Job Title: Intermediate Architectural Technologist

Salary: £30,000- 39,000 dependent on experience

With plenty of exciting projects on the horizon they are keen for a passionate Intermediate Architectural technologist to join their successful team in Leamington Spa.

The successful Intermediate Architectural Technologist will have a few years of post-qualification experience, with excellent technical detailing and drawing knowledge and proven experience working on hospitality and workplace projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Intermediate Architectural Technologist:

• A HND /HNC or degree in Architectural technology or similar
• A few years of post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Working towards Chartership (CIAT member)
• Strong technical abilities
• Job running experience is beneficial
• Preferably have experience using Vectorworks
• Experience in a mix of sectors preferably hospitality, workplace or education
• Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
• Ability to produce high quality detailed technical drawings
• Help to manage the emergent technical team members
• Live locally to Warwickshire / Leamington Spa area
