Job Title: Building Surveyor

Location: Bristol (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus + car

The Role

We are seeking a Building Surveyor for a property consultancy in their Bristol office. As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll be working across various property types and services across the region. Being chartered is not essential for this role but would be an advantage. If you would like to do your APC, this firm can help as thy have a dedicated in-house team that can support you through the process. This position offers hybrid working with 2/3 days per week in the office.

The Company

This company is a Property Consultancy that was established more than 30 years ago now have a number of offices across the South West and employee more than 65 people. They offer a wide range of services such as valuations, building surveying, land acquisition and disposal, project management, lease advisory, sales & lettings and much more!

Duties will vary depending on the skills that the successful candidate has such as residential/commercial experience, party walls, expert witness, project management, planned maintenance, general surveying etc

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Ideally a relevant degree

* Experience with properties in the region

* Able to manage own workload

* Driving Licence
