In this role, you will ensure that all equipment and services are maintained to the highest standards. Your duties will include:

• Leading a team of day engineers and shift engineers.
• Ensuring that all planned maintenance is carried out as per schedule, prioritizing statutory and mandatory tasks.
• Overseeing reactive maintenance, making sure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance is strictly followed.
• Achieving KPIs related to technical service performance and equipment reliability.

Key RequirementsThe successful candidate will need to have:

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
• HVAP qualification with relevant HV experience.
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (preferred).
• ISOH Managing Safely certification.
• Equivalent Mechanical qualifications will be considered with relevant experience.
• Experience working within critical environments (e.g., data centers) is highly desirable.
• Expertise in electrical installation, repair work, maintenance, and general facilities requirements.
• IT skills for accurate work recording.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance in facilities management.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to be part of an on-call rota.
• UK Citizenship, as Security Clearance (SC and DV) is required for this role.
