TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for a PA / Office Manager for an immediate start to work on a site over in West Ham, East London. This role will be contract but will eventually go into a permanet role.
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, manage daily office functions, and support our management team with essential admin tasks. Key responsibilities include managing meeting room calendars, handling inbound/outbound mail, maintaining staff records, and organising office logistics like cleaning, courier services, and equipment maintenance.
