Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a one of the largest energy companies as they build a brand new team to recruit a Business Operations Manager. This role will be hybrid working from their Derby office.

The Business Operations Manager will be integral for the business as it develops. This position comes with a salary between £58,000- £71,600 depending on experience, pension and flexible working.

Responsibilities and duties

As the Business Operations Manager you will:

Oversee administrative, back-office, and operational support activities for the business.
Be an integral member of the leadership teams
Manage the full journey from initial enquiry to energisation.
Support the iDNO team in achieving business objectives and driving growth.
Mange the iDNO enquires, as well as customer and B2B enquires.
Maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.
Plan and manage work programmes for the Operations Team.

Operational management experience
iDNO or DNO background
