They are seeking an experienced and innovative IT Director or Chief Technical Officer (CTO), a talented leader who can shape the technology and digital future of a high-growth business.

The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives and major projects to ensure the IT infrastructure and digital platforms scale with the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the IT team.
- Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports the company's ambitious growth plans and operational needs.
- Operations Management: Oversee IT Help Desk operations, manage outsourcing partnerships, and optimise internal systems.
- Technology Transformation: Lead the migration to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, enhancing CRM and ERP systems to drive efficiency.
- WMS Implementation: Plan and deliver a Warehouse Management System (WMS) rollout.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and execute initiatives to improve efficiency, replacing manual data processes and Excel-based systems.
- Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI, to maintain a competitive advantage and improve business functions.
- Board Collaboration: Present business cases and updates to the board, shaping strategic decisions and showcasing IT's broader impact.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: A proven IT Director or ambitious step-up candidate with experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment, preferably in retail, manufacturing, import/export, or warehouse-driven sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), ERP systems (Business Central), and WMS implementation.
- Strategic Vision: Skilled at aligning IT initiatives with broader business objectives and delivering transformation projects independently.
- Leadership Skills: A confident, proactive leader capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders with a "hit-the-ground-running" approach.
- Innovative Thinker: Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies like AI to enhance processes and drive organisational growth.
- Practical Experience: Hands-on expertise in managing IT operations, building platforms, and executing successful transitions and integration's.
