Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the firm’s outstanding conveyancing team, where you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional client service and driving team success. As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters, interact with clients, and be part of a collaborative, client-focused team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, passion, and a proactive approach to all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters, ensuring the timely and accurate progression of transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and local estate agents.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Uphold the firm’s high professional and ethical standards at all times.
  • Provide clients with expert advice and guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to conveyancing.
  • Actively contribute to the firm's success through client-focused, results-driven work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with clients and third parties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making ability.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A professional, client-focused approach and strong commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems; experience with case management software is an advantage.
