The Package - Basic Salary: £25,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £55,000
- Car Allowance: £3,000 or company car
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The RoleThe Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales success and ensuring smooth transactions for clients. Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and support to both customers and the sales team.
- Managing and progressing sales with minimal hassle for clients.
- Valuing properties and advising vendors on showcasing their homes to achieve the best possible price.
- Collaborating with the sales team to match new listings with potential buyers and driving viewings.
- Building relationships with professional partners, such as solicitors, lenders, and other agencies.
- Identifying new business opportunities and leads to boost branch performance.
- Assisting the Branch Manager in motivating and managing the team, running morning meetings, and providing coaching as needed.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and estate agency practices.
