Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online sales platforms by uploading product listings, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate descriptions.
  • Process orders efficiently and coordinate shipments with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to optimise product listings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock levels, providing key reports for management.
  • Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in E-Commerce administration or retail sales preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Experience in sales reporting or stock management is an advantage.
