Are you a Health & Safety Manager from a Manufacturing / Quality Assurance background looking for an autonomous role where you will be the go-to specialist for all H&S and Quality process within a well-established yet tight-knit Electrical Systems company who provide the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business and to continually progress to senior roles?

This company are a well-established yet tight-knit Electrical Supply Systems company who have continually grown since their establishment in 1976. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for a new Health and Safety Manager to join their friendly team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for all H&S and QA processes within the business as you conduct risk assessments and investigate incidents and accidents. You will be responsible for updating relevant documentation, as you work closely with the MD and other members of the senior leadership team.

This role would suit a Health & Safety Manager from a Manufacturing / QA background looking for an autonomous leadership role within a tight-knit yet leading Electrical Supply Systems company who offer ongoing opportunities for training and progression.

The Role:

Develop and implement safety processes
Carry out risk assessments and update relevant documentation
Respond to any safety incidents and accidents
Work closely with MD and other members of senior leadership team
The Person:

Health & Safety Manager or similar
Manufacturing / Quality Assurance background
Commutable to SouthamptonHealth and Safety, H&S, Manager, Supervisor, NEBOSH, IOSH, Engineer, Production, Manufacturing, Power, Electrical Systems, Supply Systems, Engineer, Control Panels, Batteries, Wind farms, Hampshire, Totton, Southampton
