Territory Sales Manager (South UK)

Our client, the leading manufacturer and distributor of construction and Specialist Products across the UK, is actively seeking a dynamic Field Based Territory Sales Manager to join their team.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

* Sales Experience: Desirable within the construction, distribution, building supplies, or related industry.

* Location: Candidates must have a Full UK License and reside in the south of the UK.

* Ownership: Capable of managing your own territory, with a proactive approach to winning new business and retaining existing accounts.

* Customer Focus: Relationship-oriented, ensuring excellent customer care and long-term satisfaction.

* Team Player: Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative working closely with internal and external colleagues.

* Commercial Awareness: Able to plan and execute a territory visit program with industry insight.

* Communication Skills: Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skills.

* Lead Generation: Happy to generate leads and capitalize on given prospects.

Your Role:

As a Field Based Territory Sales Manager, you'll inherit an established and high-performing area with a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts. Your mission? Promote and advise our clients with our full range of products. Collaborate closely with branch operatives and regional managers to maximize profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
