JOB TITLE: Finance Assistant

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £14ph to £15ph

TERM: ongoing Temporary role

HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Office Angels are proud to be supporting this global business in their search for a Finance Assistant. This is a temporary position starting almost immediately, however their could be career opportunities for the right candidate. Their modern offices are based just off the M20 with ample free parking on site.

The key duties in your new role would be:

Processing purchase ledger & inventory invoices.
Raising payments to suppliers.
Credit Control.
Processing Customer Receipts and Bank Payments
Creating and posting general ledger journals.
Raising Debit Notes to Inter-company accounts
Bank Reconciliations
Accruals & Prepayments

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

Have experience in a Finance based role
Have Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
Possess excellent IT skills
