Key Responsibilities of the Protection Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional service and advice to customers via telephone

• Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards
• Conduct thorough fact-finding, analysis, and documentation for each customer interaction

Required knowledge and experience for the Protection Advisor role:

• Experience within Financial Services
• Confident telephone manner
• Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• CeMAP or RO5 qualification
