This company continues to secure new projects, and due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand their team with a talented individual to help lead future developments.

About the Role: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee multiple projects ranging from £1.5 to £8 million in value, with the support of an experienced team. You will be responsible for running up to five projects concurrently, ensuring smooth operations, cost control, and successful delivery across all schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Measurement and quantification of construction works

* Preparation of pricing documents and schedules

* Interim payments, valuations, and financial control

* Procurement of trades and suppliers

* Cash flow forecasting and cost management

* Managing variations and attending client meetings

* Material take-offs and cost reporting

* Collaborating with the project team, design meetings, and value engineering

* Monthly cost reporting and preparing sub-contract final accounts

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Residential New Build projects and strong experience managing client relationships, sub-contractors, and supply chains. Confidence in your ability to build rapport with all project stakeholders will be essential to your success.
