I am recruiting for a MRICS Building Surveyor for a client of mine I'm working with in the Housing Disrepair remit. Most of the workload is based out of Leeds in Yorkshire working on Housing Disrepair inspections. However, if you're able to most of Yorkshire & Greater Manchester, there will be the opportunity to pick up more of a workload.

The ideal MRICS Building Surveyor will have the option to work OUTSIDE IR35 through your own Ltd Company, however, if you prefer you can work INSIDE IR35, working through one of our PSL Umbrella Companies.

Essential Requirements:

Experience working on Housing disrepair
MRICS Qualified
Full UK Driving License & access to your own vehicleDesirable Requirements:

Building Surveying qualifications (Degree, HNC etc) If you are interested interviews will be held asap via Microsoft Teams.

Rate: Negotiable, DOE (Paid Per Report/Inspection)
Hours: Part time
Start: ASAP
