As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, groups, and not-for-profits. You will lead assignments, collaborate closely with clients, and provide guidance to junior team members, helping them to thrive and develop. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, lead, and complete audit assignments for a varied client portfolio.
  • Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with UK financial reporting standards.
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
