We are looking for a talented Bid Writer to join our growing pre-construction team. You will be working on the production of high-quality tender submissions within Industrial Warehouses, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical & Logistics Facilities. They are now sitting on a healthy pipeline of work through until the end of 2025.

This is an office based role - Near Uxbridge - NO REMOTE working option - Hours 8am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

* •Responsible for writing tender submissions

* •Responsible for supporting Bid Manager

* •Be able to come up with a submission that meets the needs of the client

* •Be able to write effective, concise and compelling content

* •Working with Estimators, Project Engineers and Pre-Con Manager to ensure submission is submitted on time and along brand & values

* •Be able to support BDD with PQQs and EOIs

* •Collation and maintenance of stock PQQ/Tender answers

Skills:

* •Ability to take rough draft information and develop into a submission

* •High level knowledge of PowerPoint

* •Experience using InDesign (be able to populate text boxes and change images etc)

* •Keen eye for detail

* •Capable of managing several deadlines and fluctuating workload

Qualifications

* • You will have achieved APMP certification - foundation level or above
• Have a demonstrable experience working on multi-million-pound construction or similar industry submissions
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft and Adobe software - solid Word skills
