We are looking for a resilient Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of primary schools in the Oldham and Tameside boroughs from September.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help support children with their behavioural and SEMH requirements, to help them achieve their full potential in the classroom. You may be working on a 1:1 basis. Strong behaviour management skills and SEN knowledge is desirable.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience working with children who have SEN/SEMH needs.
Hold relevant qualifications.
Have access to own vehicle for travel (desirable, but not essential)
Obtain, or willing to obtain an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Be passionate about supporting children's educational needs.
