Receptionist (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

OA are working with a well-established organisation in their search for their new talent! We are looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Welwyn Garden City.

Receptionist - Job Details:

Hourly Rate: £11.53 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start Date: August
Benefits: Life Assurance, Pension Scheme, Discretionary Bonus

Receptionist - Main Duties:

Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and efficiently direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide general administrative support across departments.
Book and prepare meeting rooms; organise lunches as needed.
Order and manage stationery supplies, keeping the supply cupboard organised.
Assist with arranging deliveries and collections, including courier services.
Receptionist - Skills & Experience:

Educated to GCSE level.
Proven experience in a reception or similar office based role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
