What will you do as an Operations Lead?

• Direct the end-to-end operations and relationships with 3PL partners
• Manage contracts for sales growth, upholding brand reputation
• Supervise daily commercial operations, maintaining performance and success
• Oversee internal commercial projects, for delivery within scope and budget
• Develop supply chain strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency overall
• Work with account managers for accurate forecasting and optimal stock levels
• Monitor performance against KPI’s across internal and third-party performance

What do you need as an Operations Lead?

• Understanding of forecasting and managing stock availability
• Appreciation of commercial objectives and vendor management
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Proven background in operations management, within consumer goods or e-commerce
• Proficiency in ERP software and data analysis and performance metrics
