An opportunity has arisen at a leading Local Authority in who are looking for a Locum Occupational Therapist with reablement experience.

You will be working in the community conducting home visits and completing reablement assessments.

Experience Required:

* NHS experience is desired, but optional if you have private experience.

* 3-5 years of post-graduate experience.

Required qualifications:

* HCPC registered
