We are delighted to be on the lookout for a new Personal Assistant, to join one of our amazing and fast growing clients based in Pinner!

They are looking for someone who has strong admin and PA experience, as well as someone who is super organised!

Do you have strong communication skills? Do you pay close attention to detail? Do you work well within a team!

This is a MAT cover contract, they are excited to be bringing on board a new individual to join their well established and fast growing team!

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Being the first point of contact to internal and external stakeholders for the director
• Answering incoming call
• Dealing with queries via telephone or face to face
• Managing the director’s diary
• Preparing documents for board meetings
• General admin and ad hoc duties
