Your new role

Managing supplier accounts, accounts reconciliations, dealing with queries - 3,000 accounts, not all of them active
Month-end bank recs
Supporting with overseas VAT returns.
PL revaluations, month-end close
Dealing with company bank accounts
Overseeing the approval of payment runs - UK BACS runs, international runs - 1 weekly uk, 1 international weekly
High volume of invoices / queries
3x direct reports into this position - need management experience
HMRC reportsWhat you'll need to succeed

Experience of managing the AP function
Experience of managing AP Assistants
International / Multi-currency experience preferableWhat you'll get in return
