The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of Clerks and Directors, focusing on improving quality within the various property sectors, especially the Residential and Commercial sectors.

Our client also supports continuous development through audit meetings every month, providing praise and constructive feedback resulting in the correct training for improvement.

They're striving for growth, turning over £5M in 2023 with a predicted £6M figure for 2024. This is alongside developing their team from 8 members of staff pre covid to their current 71 members. Do you want to become a part of this evolving professional service?

Key responsibilities include:

* Measuring and quality checking building materials

* Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects, and clients

* Liaising with contractors, engineers, and surveyors

* Preparing written reports

* Conducting regular inspections of work, materials, and products on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and contract specifications

* Ensuring adherence to building regulations, health and safety, legal, and ecological requirement.
