We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for an Asset Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will involve home working, with 1-2 days in Leeds

Responsibilities of the Asset Manager:

Ensuring a high performing asset portfolio
Managing four direct reports including Surveyors, Administrators and a Team Leader
Assisting with the development of their 25 year Asset Management Strategy
Leading a review and delivery of the estate improvement programme
Acting as lead on the Retrofit Strategy
